DeletePls after baking with our local gas oven, the bread collapses/fall, what can I do?
ReplyDeleteThanks for your feedback... This could be caused by a low Oven temperature. This means the dough rises to its maximum, then collapses before it gets enough heat to set. Or, dough could have been over-risen.
DeleteTry;
1. Increasing your oven temperature
2. Make sure the dough is properly raised
What could cause dough to get burnt down but not well bake upward..even at low eat
DeleteGood day maam my own problem is the browning of my local oven ma it browns on the bottom and light on the top thanks as I anticipate ur response
ReplyDeleteGood day and thanks for reaching out... Did you mean cakes you baked using your local oven comes out brown from the bottom and light at the top?
DeleteIf that's the case, I'd advice you place your cake at the middle rack (the 2nd rack from the source of heat) and place thick clothing materials (it helps to provide heat from the top of the oven and also prevent heat loss) on top of your oven
DeleteI try it but still came same
DeleteThe heat is probably too high

ReplyDeleteYes
DeletePls how do I connect gas to the oven.
ReplyDeleteNd how do I get brown top for my bread
Hi... To connect your gas cylinder to your even you'd need;
Delete• Regulator (replacing the burner position)
• Hose (to connect the gas through the regulator to the side of the oven that has the heat control)
• 2 hose clips(to keep the hose firm at both ends)
To get a brown top for your bread, increase the heat a bit when the bread is almost done probably for a few minutes
